I went to circuit training at my new gym on Monday and was knackered after 5 minutes. I've got a lot of training ahead. I think that its partly because I've been plodding away on the road and haven't done any interval or sprint traing for ages.
On the plus side though, not knowing where I'm going is helping my road training. I planned on going for a shorter run on Tuesday but got lost and went for an hours run instead.
I also got introduced to kettle bells yesterday. You're basically meant to swing them around whilst thrusting your hips backwards and forwards. It very 'in' at the moment.
